The Election Commission of India (ECI) is learnt to have prescribed to President Ram Nath Kovind that 20 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs be precluded on the workplace of-benefit charge. The President is bound by the Commission's proposal.
The Commission, in any case, declined to remark on the issue, expressing that the issue was sub judice.
